Time has a pretty good piece out about Kerry's plans for Iraq.

Kerry does something very shrewd here. He says that he doesn't have a plan, but is sending his own team into Iraq to develop a strategy for the future of Iraq. Essentially a plan for a plan, and a very sharp political move in my opinion.

Whoever came up with this strategy gets the pure bs "Political Brilliance of the Day" award. Which entitles the strategist to, well nothing really, now does it? ;)
